This custom all fiberglass cruiser/houseboat/camper is both a liveaboard houseboat/cruiser and a luxury trailer/camper. She's completely self-contained with A/C, generator, 100 HP Yamaha Four-Stroke outboard (about 100 hours usage) and a perfectly matched galvanized custom trailer. Here are some of the $38k in CUSTOM UPGRADES... The front deck roof is only half depth on the stock boat; they had a full overhead constructed so that full canvas enclosures could be hung all around making the front deck an enclosed, windowed (with screens and vinyl 'glazing') extra sleeping area or 'sunporch' / 'screenroom'. All those canvasses and vinyls are included. A team of sailmakers brought from another state was housed at the factory for a week making the custom enclosure. The rear deck sliding full width door was added. The stock boat only has a 24" wide solid door with a porthole in it. The rear compartment was modified to have a second sofabed and the stock Head was relocated to the galley side with a wardrobe / storage closet / refrigerator between. The Onan generator on the rear deck with it's sound enclosure is a custom item. The bimini top on the upper deck is also custom by the sailmakers. The table over the air conditioner housing on the upper deck is an upgrade. The stereo sound system of the interior has speakers in the extended front deck roof. There is a Television antenna on the roof of the front deck and the cabin is wired for a tv on a tv shelf over the galley table. To my recollection at the time the boat was made the stock boat was $50k. The upgrades raised that price to $88,000. Was asking $44k for boat, trailer and all the extras. First $29k takes it!
